Our lenders are not asset-only-based-lenders. We like to call our investors, “PRIVATE MONEY LENDERS”. Private Money Lenders offer lower rates, lower closing costs, longer terms and better repayment terms than other Hard Money Lenders”.

Often our borrower’s ability to repay the loan is cash reserves and the sale of other assets such as real property.

Private Money Lenders are looking for applicants with the ability and character to repay the loan, together with satisfactory real estate collateral to pledge as security.
